1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Reverse Diagnostics (the "App") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
These Terms are between you and CrazzyCodes ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Reverse Diagnostics.
2. Description of Service
Reverse Diagnostics provides hardware diagnostic tools that help you test device components such as battery, sensors, display, camera, audio, and connectivity. The App may also generate PDF diagnostic reports based on test results.
Results are informational and intended to help you understand device condition. They are not a substitute for professional repair assessments, manufacturer warranties, or certified inspections.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where permitted by law
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, website, or related services
- Misrepresent diagnostic results or use reports to deceive others
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App or reports
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the App and any reports you generate or share. You should verify critical decisions (such as buying or selling a device) with additional checks as appropriate.
Some tests require device permissions (camera, sensors, etc.). You control those permissions through your device settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, website, branding, logos, and related content are owned by CrazzyCodes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that diagnostic results will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that the App will detect every hardware issue. Device conditions and software environments vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAZZYCODES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP OR WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrazzyCodes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party platforms (such as app stores). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or website if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your region.
